Pre-Conception & Maternity Reflexology

Maternity reflexology is a specialised reflexology given by a fully

qualified maternity reflexologist. This involves additional training on top of the Level 5 reflexology qualification. It has so many benefits and a number of techniques are used to help the mother with the physical and emotional changes that pregnancy puts upon her. The aim is to optimise the health of the woman and will in turn give reflexology advice. A maternity reflexologist will not give medical or obstetric advice and will always refer back to the appropriate clinical practitioner at all times.
