A pedicure is lovely treat for the feet. It is a therapeutic treatment that assists with the removal of dead skin cells, softens hard skin and shapes and treats the toe nails. Pedicures are a great way to ensure you look after your feet as well as relieving them from those aches and pains of the day. The feet are usually the one area of the body that gets neglected. Look after your feet and they will look after you.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF PEDICURES

A good pedicure can leave you feeling like you are walking on air.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR TREATMENT
At Heart and Sole Reflexology I aim to make your pedicure as luxurious as possible. Only the most luxurious of products are used to give you the best experience I can.
The treatment will start by you laying on my beautiful heated couch where you will be offered a drink to sip whilst you have your treatment. a cooling or heated eye mask will be offered if wish to lie back and float away. This is optional.
I will then cleanse the feet with hot towels and revitalising spray. The toes will be cleansed of any oils and then filed to tidy the nails.
The showstopper of the treatment is the beautiful copper bowl (perfect for those much needed healing properties) that boasts floating frangipani and petals that you can sink your feet into. Beautiful smelling foot soak salts will be added to the water to help relieve tired feet and those aches and pains of the day.
The feet will then be individually tended to by working the cuticles and any hard skin.
A top up of hot water will be applied from the cute thai teapot ensuring that your treatment is constantly feeling beautiful.
The foot scrub will then be applied to the feet to assist with the removal of dead skin cells. The scrub feels and smells amazing. It will be washed off with the coconut ladle which feels like a water fall over the feet and lower legs.
The feet will then be removed from the copper bowl which will already be feeling amazing but its not over yet. A silky foot balm will be massaged into the feet and lower legs before they are wrapped and slipped into the ready heated booties. Whilst your feet are soaking in the balm within the booties, and you are floating away I will give you a complimentary hand massage using a lovely hand balm.
To finish off the treatment you can choose a nail lacquer from the OPI range of colours that I have in my clinic as well as a pomegranate cuticle oil to give your tootsies a final treat.
All foot soaks, balms and scrubs are soil association tested and vegan friendly.
