Massage is an ancient therapy that has been used for thousands of years. It has been thought to heal the mind, body and spirit. In my clinic room I offer a variety of massage including Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage and Hot Stones Massage.
Having a massage can bring about a deeper sense of relaxation as well as release tightness and tension of the muscles. Having regular massage is recommended for overall wellbeing including a stronger immune system and a reduction in stress and anxiety within the body.
Swedish Massage - Choose from either a luxurious back, neck and shoulder massage or the full body massage. The Swedish massage can be applied at pressure to suit the clients needs and nourishing oils are used to restore tired skin. The back neck and shoulder massage lasts 60 minutes and the full body massage an amazing 90 minutes. A float away treatment to ease aching muscles and joints.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot Stone Massage - This massage incorporates the use of volcanic basalt stones that store heat to ease away tension all within those tired muscles. The heat of the stones enhances lymphatic flow, removes toxins and fortifies the immune system leaving you feeling amazing. The stones allow different pressures to suit you which further increase the relief of stress and promotes relaxation. Cold stones are used on the face to help stimulate and uplift your senses sending you into an even deeper sense of relaxation and wellbeing. A full body Hot Stone Treatment lasts 75 minutes.
Aromatherapy Massage - This massage allows you to choose from a selection of aromatherapy blends to suit you and the mood you desire. This may be uplifting, revitalising or deeply relaxing. Whatever you would like there is always a blend for you. The massage is a relaxing experience which treats the whole body. It focuses on lymphatic flow and stimulation of acupressure points which releases physical and emotional tensions that have manifested within the body. The aromatherapy massage is 75 minutes of total relaxation.
