About Reflexology and Your Therapist

Hello and thank you for visiting my site. My name is Zoe Leetham and I am a qualified and fully insured Clinical Reflexologist. I studied at the Anahata School of Reflexology where I obtained the Centralia Reflexology Mastership incorporating Agored Cymru Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Practitioner Reflexology. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and also Professional Reflexology.

Before I found reflexology my main passion was working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, which I have done for the past 16 years. I started out by working in the specialised area of eating disorders, worked in forensic care, worked as a community psychiatric nurse and supported those who are acutely unwell. As a result I have a lot of experience and insight in to all areas of mental health and how when our minds are affected how this affects holistically.

Mental Health is a huge part of our everyday lives and after turning to reflexology myself in order to relax and de-stress I found that it took me to new levels of calmness and tranquilly that I had never experienced before. I found that with regular treatments I became more aware of what stress did to me personally and it gave me the ability to readjust my mind and body and brought harmony and a greater sense of wellbeing.

In order to develop myself further as a clinical reflexologist I have also specialised in Maternity Reflexology which enables me to support couples through pre conception to supporting mum to be during her maternity journey. I also offer packages of care for mum and baby in the postnatal period. M y training was undertaken in Lincoln with Midwife and Specialist Maternity Reflexologist, Jenni Tribe.

To follow on from my maternity training I found that parents then started to bring their babies for reflexology to help with symptoms such as coughs, colds, colic, reflux and teething. In order to help parents further I decided to join the Tiny Toes Family of reflexologists and do the training offered by Emma Baxter, the founder of Tiny Toes Reflexage. From this training I am now a Tiny Toes Reflexage Instructor and I have developed more techniques to help parents, guardians and grandparents to give reflexology themselves to their 'little' person, and from September 2019 I will be taking this even further. I will be running small, cosy classes of no more than 5 babies and will be teaching their doting 'big' person to give reflexology for their symptoms. See my Tiny Toes Page for more info on classes.

Facial reflexology and Zone Face lift is also a huge passion of mine. Why just work the feet when reflexology can be done on the face too with benefits that make you feel beautiful inside and outside. For this qualification I trained at Regents University with the award winning Ziggie Bergman. This was truly an inspirational journey for me and I am so proud to be the only reflexologist in North Lincolnshire providing Facial Reflexology and The Zone Face Lift treatments.

I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage, Thermo-auricular Therapy (ear candling) and Reiki. All of which are amazing treatments on their own or in one of my luxurious packages.

I am covered by Balens insurance for all my treatments.

I have worked with many satisfied clients and have seen amazing results for a variety of health problems as well as an improvement in their mental health and general wellbeing. Please see my testimonials page for clients comments.
