What are Flower Essence Remedies?
Nature's gentle yet powerful healing tools. Following a consultation, your therapist will be able to prescribe a combination of flower essences that is tailored to address your specific emotional, mental or physical issues. Healing and harmonising your energy channels, returning you to good health. At Heart & Sole therapy we often combine the use of remedies with reflexology (facial or feet), or with oriental face therapy in order to achieve the most rapid return to better health.
Flower remedies were being used in ancient Egypt and Greece some 2500 years ago and were re-discovered in the early 20th century by Dr Edward Bach. Flower Essences work on health and healing through the vibrational energy forces that exist in every living thing. Flower Essences have moved on dramatically in the last 15 years or so, coming from all over the world and addressing many modern day issues, as the world has moved on since the 1930's. Bach's remedies are still used today, however we now have new essences from the around the world, giving us a wide range of healing tools working on all levels: physical, mental and emotional.
How they work
The principle is very simple: restore equilibrium for the emotional self, remove the negativity thereby permitting true deep healing of the condition. They help us tune in to our intuition, restoring our natural state of balance. Flower Essences are completely safe, are non-toxic and are suitable for all ages: from new-born babies to the elderly.
Essences will be specifically mixed for your issue/condition. These range from emotional, mental through to physical. Some common examples are:

How does this apply to me?
Flower Essences will be mixed specifically to address your requirements, addressing conditions whether they be physical or emotional. These are ideal for all ages, and particularly useful in addressing children's health issues, as these can be dispensed within water. Please see Conditions for more details.
At Heart & Sole therapy, following a consultation, a combination of flower essence remedies will be specifically mixed for you to take orally to apply topically. This is available in clinics locally in the Orpington and Bromley areas and now via email consultations too!

Please note these are subject to P&P charges at £2.75 per item, (payable on all UK orders, unless orders are collected directly from Clinics). We always obtain proof of posting, however, if you would prefer your essences to be sent by recorded delivery, a further 64p per order is charged. We also offer P&P discounts for multiple buys. For Overseas orders, please contact us for P&P charges. Send your Order(s) via our enquiry form and total costs including P&P will be advised by return. Please note essences are combined and dispensed after payments have cleared, therefore if you are in a hurry for your essences please contact us for alternative payment arrangements.
